I’ve been having a pretty rough time lately, but during that time, Goddess of the Sea (Lesbians, Pirates, & Dragons: Book 2) reached a happy, little milestone! 💙 It now has over five hundred reviews and ratings on Amazon! (And almost two hundred on Audible!) I know I’ve said this a few times now, but […]

Goddess of the Sea (Book 2 of Lesbians, Pirates, & Dragons) is featured in this week’s Sapphic Book Bingo category, “Comforting the other character after a nightmare.” 💙 If you’ve read the book, you know this is a particularly significant scene for Em and Maria, so I thought I’d say a few words about it. […]

Just a head. No big deal. This snippet from Goddess of the Sea (Lesbians, Pirates, & Dragons: Book 2) is the one I shared for the #lesficfri theme, “remember.” 🖤 I hope your week is off to a great start. 🖤

Always thinking like a pirate. I shared this snippet from Goddess of the Sea (Lesbians, Pirates, & Dragons: Book 2) for the #lesficfri theme, “tongue.” I’ve recently realized I’ve been forgetting to share these snippets here, after sharing them on social media each week. So, I’m going to work on catching them up over the […]

Goddess of the Sea (Lesbians, Pirates, & Dragons: Book 2) is featured in this week’s I Heart SapphFic Reading Challenge category, “Forced Proximity.” 💙 Because, as Judith says in Book 1, a pirate ship is “smaller than any town, smaller than any island.” You can find more sapphic books with forced proximity on the I […]

Sent this too you through FB messenger, but figured you couldn’t see it because we are not friends.
Good morning! Didn’t want to bother you with a friend request, but wanted to make sure you got this. I just finished Goddess of the Sea. I can’t tell you how much I admire and appreciate that beautiful mind of yours. I love fantasy and your world building and character building just blows me away. I love the interplay between Maria and Em, cause it’s so natural. All of it is. Both of the books have been spell-binding so far. I had to keep forcing myself to put them down so I could get some sleep. Your writing style is phenomenal. Your attention to detail makes the characters so believable, and their slow healing of each other takes my breath away. It makes me want to be right there on that ship, enjoying watching them day after day. I know everyone says they can’t wait for the next book, but every book from you is worth the wait, so I’ll be patient. Hope your day is wonderful and thank you for giving us this world, fantasy, pirates and the best part….lesbian pirates!!! Take care!
