Have you seen the cover for Goddess of the Sea yet? ๐
I shared it in the newsletter and on social media in August, but if youโre not following any of those, you mightโve missed it.
Iโve been taking care of sick kids lately and forgetting literally everything, but now that theyโre feeling better (yay!), Iโll try to catch it all up.
So, if you missed it, you can see the (very blue-ish) cover below! ๐
Goddess of the Sea, sequel to Pirates of Aletharia, will be here this December. ๐
๐ดโโ ๏ธ lesbian pirates (obviously) ๐ณ๏ธโ๐ healing from trauma ๐ดโโ ๏ธ dragon-riding ๐ณ๏ธโ๐ ship cats getting much-deserved treats ๐ดโโ ๏ธ a certain navy admiral and her many secrets ๐ณ๏ธโ๐ sapphic sea goddess
Eeek, what do you think? ๐ซฃ
December! ๐
(And Iโm absolutely panicking about it. ๐ )
When my panic dies down a bit, I want to start sharing weekly(-ish) snippets, so stayed tuned for that.
I shared this on social media a while ago, but I never shared it here. So, if you havenโt seen it yet, please, feast your eyes upon this beautiful Pirates of Alethariafan-art. ๐๐๐๐
A very talented reader sent this to me, and obviously, Iโm a puddle of happiness and will never recover.
Thank you so much to the artist, Helle Rahel Niguman! ๐๐๐๐

Isnโt it just wonderful? ๐ฅน๐
Our Pride Month newsletter will (hopefully!) go out today or tomorrow, so until then, I hope you have an awesome day. ๐
I told myself that the possible downfall of Twitter had opened my eyes to the importance of sharing book stuff everywhere, rather than just one place, and yet, I continue to forget. ๐
Iโm coming out of my latest migraine now and trying to find all the places I let fall behind this time. One of them is definitely the newsletter, but also, here. So, Iโll try to fix that this weekend! ๐
Recently, I shared Emโs (less-than-accurate) adorable beasties with you. This time, I thought Iโd introduce you to the chosen leaders of the Drakon people. ๐๐๐
At the moment, they have a couple of scenes in Book 2, but whether those scenes will survive edits or not is anyoneโs guess. (Iโm an overwriter. So, editing involves a lot of cutting for me.)
But if nothing else, it was fun! ๐
P.S. – Emiliaโs mother is easy to spot because sheโs the one with the angry eyebrows. ๐
Pirates of Aletharia has officially passed the 900 rating and review mark on Amazon! ๐ And we seem to be approaching 200 on Audible? ๐ I (obviously) never expected this, and Iโm so grateful. ๐
Thank you for giving my snarky lesbian pirates a chance! ๐
Thank you to everyone who voted! ๐ Youโre amazing, and Iโm so grateful to have been able to share the first part of Em and Mariaโs story with you. ๐
And thanks to I Heart SapphFic for the amazing work they do for the sapphic book community. ๐
Obviously, Aletharian dragons are massive and terrifying with broken scale, scars, and big teeth, but in Emโs head, theyโre the adorable beasties who listen to her stories when theyโre not barbecuing people.
I put her in charge of the graphic, so here we are.
Meet (some of) the dragons of Aletharia. ๐ดโโ ๏ธ๐
If youโre participating in Jaeโs Sapphic Book Bingo this year, here are some of the categories my books fit into. (Iโm sure I missed something, but hopefully, itโs still helpful. ๐ ๐)
