Lesbian Visibility Day

Happy Lesbian Visibility Day! ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ

Representation is so important. I spent so long feeling alone, scared, wrong, and justโ€ฆbroken. Itโ€™s why I write what I write and why Iโ€™ll continue to write what I write. ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’–

You deserve to exist, and you deserve to see yourself exist. Itโ€™s the people who tell you otherwise who are wrong. ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’–

In celebration of Lesbian Visibility Week, Jae has put together a list of one hundred books with lesbian protagonists (including one of mine ๐Ÿงก).

Drakon Leaders

Iโ€™m coming out of my latest migraine now and trying to find all the places I let fall behind this time. One of them is definitely the newsletter, but also, here. So, Iโ€™ll try to fix that this weekend! ๐Ÿ’™

Recently, I shared Emโ€™s (less-than-accurate) adorable beasties with you. This time, I thought Iโ€™d introduce you to the chosen leaders of the Drakon people. ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ’š

At the moment, they have a couple of scenes in Book 2, but whether those scenes will survive edits or not is anyoneโ€™s guess. (Iโ€™m an overwriter. So, editing involves a lot of cutting for me.)

But if nothing else, it was fun! ๐Ÿ’š

P.S. – Emiliaโ€™s mother is easy to spot because sheโ€™s the one with the angry eyebrows. ๐Ÿ˜…
